  I had gone into the Thousand Oaks store, and the guys there were tyring to push me into a "customized mattress" that they said would be better for me. I could tell that it was inferior and chose a Lexington instead, they said they would sell me the mattress I wanted for cash and deliver it. The guys said he got a better deal on the custom mattress (for him in terms of profit margin) Then he said he would deliever the Lexington to my home, between 5 and 7 pm, BUT they never arrived!! No call. No, 'We're going to be late" NOTHING I called and called and got no response. I knew they had my address and phone number because they called me and I confirmed the addrees and the type of mattress...they had the order as delivery for the "Custom Mattress and not the one i bought (another indicator something was fishy) So the next day I CALLED and the meathead on the other end said that basically they deciede not to sell it to me because they weren't making enough. I couldn't believe it. I got the same deal at another store down the road. These people lost out because I have a home in Palm Springs that I am going to need three beds for.

  My wife and I shopped for a mattress for a couple weeks. We visited numerous showrooms and laid on too many beds to count. Our last stop should have been our first stop. But then we would have know what great service and a great price we got. The owner, Steve, put up with us for more than an hour. He was friendly, courtesy, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I am not one to post reviews unless the service really stands out. This place deserves five stars.

  Honestly the BEST experience I have ever had shopping for something so stressful! My fiancé and I had looked everywhere for a new mattes and came across 805 mattress pros on accident, well what a freaking miracle Steve was so helpful and really knew what he was talking about! We felt no pressure into buying something ridiculously over priced or something we don't need. The conversation we had with Steve was so light and casual it felt like talking to an old friend we knew! Plus the deal we got on our new mattress was unbelievable and I mean I really feel like we got our money's worth woth our purchase. The mattresses he has there are so comfortable too. I will forever be buying any new mattress I need from Steve at 805 mattress pros and anyone who needs a referral to an amazing mattress place look no further than this place right here! Can't begin to tell u how excited we are for our new bed which he got for us in no time at all which was just anothe cherry on top of the already fantastic experience we had here!
