  Sitting in line at drive thru for 25 minutes. Only 3 cars ahead of me. What is point of drive thru if it takes that long? If there is no line its great. Otherwise go inside. They need more staff.

  I have been a customer for several years and I used them because all my prescriptions were there. I called today and was on hold for over 1 hour then a girl came on the line and told me that there were 5 calls ahead of me. I finally had to hang up. I called again and was on hold for another hour and was told I had no refills. I spoke to John the only pharmacist that I waited another 20 minutes to wait for and he was no help. Diana the manager was at lunch at 4:30pm. She called me back and told me that the 31st is rhe busiest day but the owners do not allow her to get anymore coverage so they do not care about customer service at ALL. She then tells me that a asthma rescue inhaler is not an emergency medication so I should call 911 or go to the ER. I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I am in the medical field in Simi Valley and I will tell all my patients to NEVER use your company. You do t even deserve a 1 star. T
