  Horrible customer service. Saw us waiting in line and kept us waiting for over 10 min before helping us. Always giving us issues when it comes to our refills. Even our doctors have told us that CVS has been messing up their other patients medications. They don't even fill the prescription all the way sometimes. For example we need a month supply of this one medication and we were missing 10 pills. This is not okay because for my grandparents they need these medications and if we run out we are screwed. The doctor writes a message for them and they ignore it. The store in general is nice and great people, but when it comes to the pharmacy it is just horrible. They claim to be out of stoke all the time. The people behind the counter aren't helpful either. They say they can't help us and to call our doctor and when we do the doctor tells us they sent the info multiple times.

  Love this pharmacy, they always know my name and are always extremely helpful and, generally speaking fast. I pick up prescriptions at least once a month and have never had a problem.

  Pharmacy sucks. People are rude. This has been happening over a year. Every time my doctor places prescriptions order, the pharmacy outright denies that they received it. I come to know this when I order refill and I have to call doctor again urgently. He advised me to change pharmacy. I can't update insurance info over phone, they said come personally or download our app! It is this particular CVS that needs to be overhauled.
