  I have my phone ready to unlock with unlock code from AT&T but I need assistance so I called this store to bring in my phone to get help but one of the customer services said they don't know how and deny to offer any help. I think the only thing they would help is if you buy stuffs from them.

  Worst customer service ever, not just the service rep but the manager, Angel Maroquin, was even worse. And I've been with at&t since 2006. Time to move on. For those of you reading this, any suggestions? Verizon? T-MOBILE?

  I too have had a terrible customer service experience with this location and it was the Manger that was helping me! He was refusing to help me switch to another phone within the sale's grade period. I had tried to use a Nokia but was frustrated so I wanted to switch to an iPhone. He was so rude that I took the phone , left and went to a different AT&T location where I received not only great service but also an apology from that Manger for his colleague's rudeness.
